The Role

We are seeking a talented Product Designer with a focus on Web3 technologies to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our Web3 applications and platforms. You will collaborate closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality, as well as contribute to the overall user experience strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Design user interfaces for a good UI/UX Web3 applications, including dApps, Unity SDKs, Unreal SDK, blockchain-based marketplaces, and NFT platforms.
  • Collaborate with product team and developers to understand project requirements and translate them into user-centric design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate and improve upon designs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Web3 technologies and user experience design.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a portfolio (Dribble, Behance, etc.) showcasing Web3-focused projects.
  • Good hands-on experience with Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, Framer, InVision or other design, wireframing, mockup, and interaction design tools.
  • Good knowledge of design libraries and design decision management.
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology and Web3 concepts.
  • Experience designing for decentralised applications (dApps) and familiarity with blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Solana).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on experience with Blender, Framer, InVision, and interaction design tools.
  • Web3 Knowledge
  • Familiarity with front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
