About the role:
As a Product Manager at Iterpro, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products. In this position, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our long-term product vision and strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans. While initially focusing on Quality Assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of product excellence, you will also lead product management process, from ideation to launch. This dual responsibility offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact across multiple facets of our product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories
- Work closely with Product, Design and Engineering teams in order to align everyone on the same goals
- Streamline product backlogs and drive completion of key initiatives
- Lead Quality Assurance processes to maintain product excellence
- Analyze customer feedback and user research to identify pain points and to continuously iterate and improve the product
- Perform market and competitor analysis in order to achieve and maintain commercial dominance
- Participate in agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with agile methodologies
- Contribute to launch planning and execution, collaborating with marketing and sales teams in order to define and actuate commercial strategies
- Implement KPI tracking to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience (with possibly track record) in successfully executing and launching new products and features, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with a data-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills to help define internal processes and documentation rules
- Ability to drive complex projects with cross-functional teams
- Experience in Quality Assurance processes
Bonus points:
- Experience and skills in Product and UI/UX Design
- Experience in Sports Technology
- Experience with Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence)
