As a SaaS Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and managing sales activity. The Account Executives are not assigned to a geographic territory, instead our teams are broken down by segment, SMB & Mid-Market. We believe the SaaS Sales Account Executive role is vital to our continued growth and are committed to helping you achieve your goals and grow with the company. We are looking for bright and motivated individuals to help do it again next year.

What you'll do:

  • Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges and establish FieldRoutes Software as the best solution available.
  • Build and maintain a Sales Funnel from awareness to purchase.
  • Develop high quality customized presentations and demonstrations that highlight customer value.
  • Identify and close New Business, while up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Use virtual meetings to advance sales and build customer relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and credit terms in accordance with standard procedures.
  • Manage tight, organized sales processes with quality operational performance.
  • Accurately process customer transactions such as orders and quotes.
  • Schedule product demos for qualified customers.
  • Meeting and surpassing quantitative and qualitative goals for prospecting, customer demos, and other vital sales process activities.
  • Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the sales team.

What you'll bring:

  • At least 2 years of inside sales/account management experience or inside B2B sales.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion to get things done accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Self-driven, Client-centric and has a "go-getter" attitude.
  • Openness and willingness to be coached and mentored.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communication preferred or equivalent combination of work/military experience and education.
  • This is a US-based position, and we are not offering sponsorship at this time.
  • 3+ years' experience and proven record of accomplishment of hitting monthly quota and quarterly goals in B2B SaaS inside sales preferred.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com preferred
