At Codi, we can never have enough data. However, making sense of it is a whole other animal. You will essentially be viewed as the go-to resource for all things data — collecting, analyzing, synthesizing, and disseminating to the rest of the team.

  • You’ll become the go-to resource for all things analytics, from projecting revenues to analyzing product metrics to compiling marketing conversions.
  • You'll interpret data using analytics, research methodologies, and statistical techniques to help answer questions about our business, products, and strategy.
  • You'll leverage modern technologies and frameworks to develop and implement data analyses and maintain data integrity.
  • You'll prepare, analyze, and summarize results for the team, including creating reports and presenting findings.
  • You'll conduct full lifecycle of analytics projects (including pulling, manipulating, and exporting data) from project requirements documentation to design and execution.
  • You'll assist with evaluating quarterly objectives and key results for all teams, including creating and maintaining dashboards and ongoing reports.
  • You'll influence key product and engineering decisions around the development and maintenance of data collection and infrastructure.
  • You'll report to the Head of Product, with a dotted line directly to the CEO.


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in mathematics, business management, or economics
  • Proficiency with statistics and dataset analytics
  • Experience collecting, organizing, and disseminating findings accurately and in a polished way
  • Expertise building dashboards and data sets using SQL
  • Ability to use a scripting language (e.g. Python, Ruby, or R) to build out more complex views of data for consumption by stakeholders
  • Knowledge of product metrics tools, including Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with an innovative approach to business planning
  • Collaborative and a team player
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment that is fully distributed
  • A passion for the future of work, urban innovation, hospitality, and/or marketplaces
  • Ability to write reports
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
