The Business Process Consultant is a client-facing role that is part of the BIDD team. In this role, you work directly with health care professionals and internal stakeholders to increase the adoption of CAQH Proview for Groups.

The individual in this role is responsible for fully understanding new technology functions, features and expected benefits to our customers and the organization. This will include working with stakeholders to identify barriers to adoption, deploying strategies to address those challenges and collecting feedback that is shared with the larger product teams.

This role requires passion and an unwavering focus on our customer experience. The Business Process Consultant is comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced, delivery-focused environment. The person in this role understands the functionality of digital tools across key customer journeys and remains abreast of new features for potential adoption opportunities or user experience improvements.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Research customers’ needs and wants with the ability to translate into actionable next steps to influence adoption of Proview for Groups
  • Conduct regular customer interviews and conversations to understand the needs and behaviors to drive change
  • Works closely with internal product owners to develop adoption plans for new and emerging technologies
  • Drives engagement with business and field partners to gain support in digital adoption efforts
  • Actively seeks areas of opportunities within the business and brainstorm new creative ways to increase digital adoption
  • Develops robust project plans and roadmaps to increase adoption of digital tools for a multitude of target audiences
  • Conduct and present overview and training sessions of digital solutions
  • Regularly measure results against targets and reports progress, accomplishments, and future plans to leaders
  • Drafts content to key audiences
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external customers (health care organization)

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience with project management or adoption
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare experience
  • Experience and success in delivering presentations to large audiences

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
