ABOUT THE CUSTOMER ENTHUSIAST ROLE:

the soona customer enthusiast role manages all incoming customer inquiries and is key in ensuring our clients have an incredible soona experience regardless of where they are in the customer journey. this role is remote but needs to be able to work cst or mst timezones.

on top of being a skilled verbal and written communicator, the customer enthusiast must also be highly organized, have a passion for content creation and is a natural troubleshooter.

soona makes it possible for brands to create professional photo and video starting at $39. our studio stores give customers a playground for creating their content and our anytime platform makes it possible for any product company in the US to experience a remote shoot. we are creating a fast casual content revolution!

AN IDEAL CANDIDATE CAN:

  • handle all client inquiries and questions across channels (email, live-chat, text)
  • ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries
  • educate clients about soona pricing and process
  • troubleshoot production challenges
  • provide strong customer services skills in resolving complex client issues
  • translate the client’s needs to soona’s process and relay to the team
  • follow up on client inquiries in a timely manner and deliver client assets
  • upsell clients who have pro services or add-on needs

HAS EXPERIENCE IN:

  • customer service
  • verbal and written communication
  • photography and video production (bonus)
  • interacting with clients in a professional manner 
  • google suite tools
  • live-chat platforms (bonus)
  • navigating multiple applications and tools to find information
