DUTIES: Architect, customize, and configure Azure DevOps through which an Agile software development practice is executed, including defining and implementing customizations of DevOps templates, workflows, custom fields, queries, dashboards, reports, external integrations, and test automation capabilities including the analysis of operational data, querying of said data, formatting and configuring reports and dashboards. Create reports and dashboards using Microsoft PowerBI. Integrate and customize PowerBI reporting extracts and dashboards for individual and team level Agile performance including the analysis of operational data, querying of said data, formatting and configuring reports and dashboards. Direct teams in the maturing of their practice of Agile software development; may include Scrum, KanBan and other Agile methodologies, this in conjunction with the customization of associated Agile DevOps tools. Directly manage teams and team members in the development and administration Continuous Deployment, Continuous Integration, Continuous Test, and infrastructure automation projects. Create standards and templates in Azure DevOps. Ensure the team adheres to agreed upon design, development, and administration standards. Explore agile centric tools and technologies available in market which can work in conjunction with Azure DevOps to make overall product delivery process seamless and remove any impediments. Automate processes using tools like (Power Shell, Power Automate etc.). Prepare periodic performance appraisals of direct reports and submit to department manager. Actively participate in defining and improving department processes. Responsible for analyzing product delivery quality, come up with trending analysis and improvement plan. May participate in the recruiting and training processes. May contribute information for the preparation of annual department budgets. Contribute to internal and external audits by working closely with Audit team and internal team members. Assist with administration duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or Engineering required. Six years of experience managing QA and Engineering or Development teams, including delivering technical projects across the Software Development Lifecycle with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and working in financial services or banking required. Two years of experience with Azure DevOps required. May work remotely from any U.S. location.
