As a Group Product Manager, you will be responsible for helping drive the strategy and execution of extending the FieldRoutes core platform into adjacent vertical markets. The Group Product Manager is a leadership position at FieldRoutes with a direct impact not only FieldRoutes products but also on Product Management's future.

What you’ll do: 

  • In partnership with senior leadership lead and shape the strategic direction of the FieldRoutes core platform
  • Champion platform strategy and extension into adjacent verticals across the organization
  • Define milestones, success metrics and OKRs for Product Area
  • Set and manage delivery expectations effectively
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing and customer-facing teams to effectively message and deliver customer value
  • Lead by example by mentoring, coaching, and helping to grow a team of product managers

What you’ll bring: 

  • 5+ years of product management, preferably in a high-growth, SaaS environment; Prior SMB B2B experience a plus
  • Experience in developing and releasing software using an Agile methodology
  • Adept at using qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions  
  • 2+ years' experience managing and coaching PM's
  • Ability to influence stakeholders with direct authority
