We are looking for a manager to support a team of product managers to define the future of asynchronous work experience products at Meta. We need product leaders who are passionate about building and scaling innovative products and experiences that surface the right information at the right time to the right audience and let our distributed workforce focus on the work that matters most. You will make it easy and delightful to create, govern and discover high-quality information. You will create an ecosystem of first and third-party tools that limit distraction and make it easy for employees to prioritize and maximize how they spend their focus-time. You’ll push the boundaries of what’s possible in our integrated ecosystem of products and share in a healthy obsession for quality and attention to detail. In this role, scaling our culture is as important as scaling our products. We partner closely with many different orgs across Meta to define work norms, identify and productize best practices across a vast portfolio of products. Manager, Product Management Responsibilities:

  • Establish a shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities that lead to successful product execution.
  • Manage and grow a team of product and application managers, while also expanding existing product work streams.
  • Navigate complex system integrations and be able to articulate "build vs. buy vs. partner" decisions.
  • Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers.
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of individual products and the product area.
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience using data, time management and resource allocation to execute on projects and solve problems.
  • Experience working and influencing cross-functional teams and building relationships across the company, including with senior executives and people outside of the direct reporting chain.
  • Experience in hiring and growing teams of product managers.
  • 3+ years of experience as a people manager.
  • 7+ years of product management experience.
  • Communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building consumer or enterprise software at scale.
  • Experience in collaboration, content management or content creation products.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or technical discipline.
  • Experience in hiring and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
