Key job responsibilities As the right candidate, you will possess excellent program management background and have demonstrated experience leading large cross-functional projects. In this role, you will propose and drive innovation to improve customer experience worldwide across many stakeholders and teams. You will work closely with the software development and product teams to deliver high quality scalable products deployed around the world with most efficient use of resources and technologies. This is an entrepreneurial environment and you must like to solve complex problems with competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. As a PM, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make trade-offs, and balance the stakeholder needs. An ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected. High judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role. About the team PODIUM consists of related but divergent teams focused on delivery of business-driven software and data. The PODIUM team is comprised of data engineers, operations research scientists, user experience designers, product managers, and program managers. This org-wide group provides an end-to-end perspective of the software (SW) needs of Device Operations and works to ensure that SW designed and built for the entire org solves both the challenges of today and tomorrow.
