Maven is looking for a collaborative Proposal Manager to join the Growth Ops and Enablement team. In this role, you will act as a cross functional business partner to the Growth org driving operational excellence, coordination and success for our proposal management. Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the point person for all things Proposal Management: from RFP status, systems, operations, foundations, reporting and analytics and communication
  • Provide cross-functional partnership to Sales, subject matter experts and product marketing that results in the best summary output of Maven’s capabilities and differentiators.
  • Manage Proposal Operations specialist, bringing strong vision, execution, cross functional partnership and people development to raise the impact of the RFP team
  • Manage Maven’s integrated RFP process with rigor, ensuring strong coordination, proposal quality and on time delivery of multiple proposals
  • Own cross-team communication of RFP deadlines, assignments, progress status and win/loss feedback to keep the RFP engine running smoothly
  • Partner with Maven Growth Ops team members to drive automation and integration enhancements that yield enhanced efficiency and reporting analytics capability
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and to ensure content bank aligns with Maven messaging and positioning 
  • Own Loopio - system management, user provisioning, renewals management, content refresh and new feature training development to ensure we extract maximum value
  • Manage proposal portals leveraged by brokers and consultants and channel partners to ensure the latest information about Maven offerings and capabilities is captured
  • Provide hands on support to RFP development and submission as needed

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 4+ years experience with end-to-end proposal management for commercial teams
  • Deep cross-functional project management experience with ability to self direct
  • Strong communication, time management, and organization skills
  • People management experience with a passion for coaching and developing talent
  • Loopio power user or admin experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple simultaneous projects
  • Operational mindset; experience optimizing systems and processes
  • Experience with healthcare industry; digital health and/or family benefits a plus
  • Salesforce and proposal portal experience
