The Role

As a Resource Manager, you will serve as a key member of our Central Operations team with the responsibility of providing accurate staffing resources for our internal teams at Wpromote. You will collaborate with our sales, talent, finance, and all key stakeholders across the organization to meet staffing and client demands. The Resource Manager understands the employee skill sets and experience necessary to execute effectively across clients, industries and channels. This is a new role at Wpromote, where you have the opportunity to recommend and implement new strategies, innovate, and develop solutions in collaboration with our Operations team!

You Will Be

  • Managing staffing logistics for clients, ensuring staffing requests are fulfilled in an efficient and cost-effective manner
  • Ensuring staffing plans stay current based on everchanging client resourcing needs
  • Initiating external hiring solutions when internal staffing solutions are not possible and will be gathering approvals from Finance and People Operations/Talent Acquisition which include salary ranges, margin and revenue details, and job descriptions
  • Driving staffing recommendations to channel leadership and escalates findings to executives during forecast reviews
  • Maintaining accurate supply and demand data in workforce management tools 
  • Managing assignments and extensions of resources based on capacity / demand
  • Analyzing supply and demand data, identifying trends or issues and providing clear and timely recommendations to leadership to resolve those issues
  • Reviewing bandwidth and manage resource sharing across Wpromote on an ongoing basis, proactively working to ensure maximum utilization
  • Tracking and analyzing supply and demand data, identifying trends or issues and providing clear and timely recommendations to leadership to resolve those issues
  • Building and maintaining internal relationships and by understanding of the Wpromote’s overarching business initiatives and the potential impact on bandwidth
  • Partnering with multiple departments (People Operations, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Channel teams, and Client Services) to identify areas for improvement within resource management and develop action plans for process improvement

You Must Have

  • 3+ years of experience with sourcing/deploying internal resources within an Advertising Agency 
  • A proven track record with establishing strong relationships with internal teams
  • The ability to provide accurate and detailed reporting to the leadership team to maintain the balance of supply and demand
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and problem solve situations in an efficient manner
  • Strong time management and project management skills
