YOUR MISSIONS (in a few words):
You will understand, SDR is the number 1 partner of our Sales team. Without him, nothing would be possible. Through your missions, you will have a direct and very concrete impact on the success of Skello.

By joining Skello as SDR you are on the right track to then progress to a Business Developer position!
But more precisely, you will be in charge of:
- Search for quality prospects:
- Develop the best prospecting techniques in the WORLD (emails, telephone ...) to obtain relevant leads
- Define and implement strategies to qualify your leads effectively
- Identify the key interlocutors and know everything about them even before having spoken to them
- Contact prospects to arrange meetings:
- Demonstrate ingenuity and perseverance to make contact with the identified targets
- Get inspired by our different scripts to arouse their curiosity and interest
- Getting the holy grail: a meeting between your prospect and the Business Developer
- Continuously improve your business methods:
- Inform and monitor all of your activity using our various tools
- Measure your conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and maximize your chances of success
- Learn every day and teach your team by sharing your skills with other members of the Sales team
Freshly graduated from a commercial or engineering training you are:
- Passionate about human contact and endowed with a hunter's temperament, with a taste for challenge, an entrepreneurial soul and unfailing motivation
