Sr Digital Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will be an essential part of defining and enhancing products and features that engage millions of sports fans worldwide. You will help translate user and business requirements into actionable work. Setting, prioritising, and accepting work created by our cross-functional squads in order to maximise the impact and value of the products and solutions we build. Working to ensure that all products exceed the highest standards in the sports industry.

You will help guide iterative, agile delivery of both project and maintenance work streams by supporting prioritisation and definition of deliverables based on user needs and goals set by external and internal stakeholders. Leading approaches and processes to maximise quality and efficiency and supporting the evolution of these where necessary. You will have a strong product, value and business understanding and experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximise product value
  • Serve as the voice of the user, client and business goals
  • Work with users as well as external and internal stakeholders to analyse their needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
  • Owning or supporting the ownership of product roadmaps
  • Developing the scope, defining and prioritising backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that help guide Agile software development teams
  • Solve product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments
  • Draft key objectives and results, strategies and apply the data for the product to make business decisions
  • Understanding end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product
  • Accountable for the created product(s), delivering in the product model and communicating the product needs with business partners
  • Assess, develop cases, and prioritise stories, epics and themes to ensure value growth and alignment with product strategy
  • Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product
  • Research and analyse market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
  • Follow our competitors and the industry
  • Help increase understanding of evolving agile practices, new technologies opportunities and other new trends
