About Midoki

We are an award wining mobile game development studio based in Warwickshire, the heart of the English countryside. Founded by a small team of veteran game developers in late 2011, our focus is the creation of ground-breaking, socially-connected games that deliver rich entertaining experiences to the mobile space. Midoki collaborated in SEGA Hardlight's Crazy taxi: City Rush, and has developed the award-winning games Plunder Pirates and Knighthood.

Day in the Life of 3D Modeller at Midoki:

As a 3D Modeller, you'll be a crucial part of our art team, helping to build the immersive environments of our games. You'll collaborate closely with the Lead Artist, following design briefs to create assets that fit our style and technical requirements. Your main task will be crafting optimized in-game assets that stay within our game's memory and performance limits, ensuring a smooth gaming experience as directed by the Technical Art Director.

But it's not just about hitting numbers and specs. You'll also work alongside the Lead Artist and Designers, fine-tuning assets until they're just right. Plus, you'll play a key role in keeping everything visually cohesive, ensuring that all assets align with the Art Director's vision. If you're passionate about diving into creative projects, sharing ideas, and staying up-to-date with industry trends, we'd love to have you join our team.
