Requirements
Client Communication & Relationship Building
- Actively listen to client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Clearly and persuasively explain complex machinery and products.
- Manage email correspondence, quotes, and follow-ups.
Consultative Selling & Problem-Solving
- Identify client pain points and propose the best solutions.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Work closely with customers to understand their operational challenges.
Negotiation & Closing Deals
- Confidently negotiate terms while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Handle objections and provide compelling value propositions.
- Close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Organizational & Process Management
- Manage multiple sales tasks, including quoting, order processing, and lead tracking.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless sales operations.
- Keep CRM and sales data up to date.
Adaptability & Learning Agility
- Quickly learn about niche industry products and solutions.
- Stay updated on machinery trends, new products, and technologies.
- Utilize CRM and digital tools effectively for sales tracking.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation (Preferred but not required)
- Understand how to leverage organic and PPC marketing for lead conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize sales funnels.
Customer-Centric Approach
- Build long-term partnerships with clients through trust and exceptional service.
- Be patient and persistent in engaging prospects throughout long sales cycles.
Self-Motivation & Goal Orientation
- Work independently and take initiative in driving sales efforts.
- Meet and exceed lead conversion and revenue targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Native-level spoken English proficiency is required!
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Proven success in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or related roles
✔ Ability to negotiate, handle objections, and close deals
✔ Background in machinery, industrial sales, or B2B sales is preferred but not required
✔ Highly organized with attention to detail
✔ Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
✔ Tech-savvy; experience with CRM systems is a plus
✔ Must be willing to work EST hours
