About the Job

Hack The Box is looking for an Account Executive to help us expand our market clientele in the META region (Middle East, Turkey, and Africa). Reporting to the Regional Director META and working closely with a BDR (both located in Dubai) you’ll be the local team, part of a multinational sales team, responsible for driving Hack The Box adoption and growth in the META region. Quite an exciting mission, given the economic growth of the region.

Reaching out to prospects, monitoring and maintaining a strong pipeline, performing demos, collaborating with Sales Engineers/BDR, and building/maintaining strong relationships directly with business clients and channel partners, will be your day-to-day activities. The goal is to drive new business revenue, by designing & executing sales strategies.

The product is very unique, highly non-commoditized, with great growth potential over the next years, based on the so-far exponential growth. The successful candidate should have a good understanding of the cybersecurity space and the agility to run the whole sales cycle (prospecting, demos, negotiation, closing deals).

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new logo opportunities and grow a robust pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Develop a growth strategy/territory plan focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs as well as to map out the existing market landscape and industry trends
  • Prepare sales contracts in accordance with company guidelines
  • Partner with BDRs and Sales Engineers to deliver a great customer experience
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, and invoices, and update the company’s sales tools
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Build long-term relationships with Partners and Distributors
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in Sales roles i.e Account Executive, New Business Development
  • Experience in the SaaS and Cyber Security market
  • Demonstrated results in growing a business or expanding a market
  • Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
  • Excellent interpersonal skill for making initial contact, ongoing communication with customers and business associates and company presentations, meetings, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create, progress and close opportunities with good CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
  • Experience in GCC Market is a must
  • Arabic Speaking is a plus
  • Require travelling
