We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive specializing in auto and personal lending to lead sales efforts within the mid-market segment. As an Account Executive, you will leverage your expertise in lending and payments to foster relationships, drive revenue growth, and position PayNearMe as a preferred partner in the auto and personal lending sector.
Job Description
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to engage mid-market prospects within the auto and personal lending industry, showcasing the value of PayNearMe's payment solutions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at lending institutions, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored payment solutions.
- Work with a highly transactional sales team conducting weekly discovery calls with prospects and signing 3 to 4 agreements per quarter
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, needs analysis, solution presentation, negotiation, and contract closure, while collaborating with internal teams for seamless implementation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities within auto and personal lending, providing insights to inform product development and strategic positioning.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and customer support, to align offerings with customer requirements.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to revenue growth and expanding PayNearMe's presence in the lending sector.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates utilizing CRM tools to track and manage sales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; relevant industry certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven success in B2B sales within the auto and personal lending industry, with a track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- In-depth understanding of lending processes, payments, and regulatory landscape within the auto and personal lending sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, using data-driven insights to shape sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software to manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ability to travel as needed to engage with clients and attend industry events.

- Identifiers and Professional or Employment-Related Information. The Company collects identifiers and professional or employment-related information, which may include some or all the following: real name, nickname or alias, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, membership in professional organizations, professional certifications, language skills, and current and past employment history. The Company collects this Personal Information to evaluate previous job performance and consider applicants for positions, to develop a talent pool and plan for succession, to conduct applicant surveys, to maintain an internal applicant directory and for purposes of identification, to promote the Company as a place to work, and for workforce reporting and data analytics/trend analysis.
- Personal Information Categories from Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e). The Company may collect categories of Personal Information listed in Cal. Civ.
