This role will focus on CE Broker's compliance platform and will play a vital role in CE Broker’s growth, serving on the front lines of both business development and client relationships. The ideal Account Executive is a self-starter, possesses a competitive spirit, and demonstrates tenacity and passion to serve as brand ambassador for CE Broker.  

Responsibilities | Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct on-going research and a strategic cold calling process to generate new leads.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with State & National licensing boards and associations, including key decision makers.
  • Communicating the broad value of our platform, and highlighting key win themes of various programs and services in interactions with stakeholders.
  • Provide on-site and remote presentations to prospective clients as needed.
  • Meet or exceed regular sales goals set by sales team leadership.
  • Absorb stakeholder feedback to create actionable insights for product and sales teams.
  • Lead prospects through the sales process, from qualification through contract negotiation and ultimately activation of services.
  • Provide support for current and sold accounts as needed.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for department and leadership teams.

Qualifications & Desired Skills | 

  • Experience driving new business in the GovTech space greatly preferred
  • 1+ years sales experience, preferably in software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions, with a proven record of attaining sales goals
  • Experience using various sales techniques to identify new prospects and build a pipeline, including cold-calling and using social network tools
  • Strong understanding of web-based cloud applications and technology
  • Professional presence is necessary for this client-facing role. Strong verbal and written communication skills will ensure successful presentations with high-level executives
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and creative
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • The ability to travel to and from client sites throughout the United States reliably is essential.

Full time positions are scheduled to work 40 hours per week, M-F unless required otherwise by projects. Part time positions are scheduled to work a maximum of 30 hours per week (all part time positions will be specified in the job title.)
