What you'll be doing:

  • Customer Engagement: Identify and engage core customers, tailoring the benefits of our solutions to meet their challenges.
  • Cross-Team Communication: Bridge communication effectively between engineering, InfoSec teams, and executives.
  • Community and Commercial Growth: Engage and expand our open source community while driving our commercial offerings.
  • Champion Identification: Spot champions within key accounts and support them in presenting the business case for our products to their executive sponsors.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide our Sales Development Reps and collaborate to penetrate your target accounts.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure all interactions with prospects and customers are positive and constructive, irrespective of their purchasing decisions.
  • Feedback Loop: Convey structured customer feedback to our product and engineering teams to consistently elevate our solutions.

What you'll bring:

  • Experienced: A minimum of 5 years achieving quotas in an enterprise software startup environment.
  • Character: A blend of humility, curiosity, resilience, and a good sense of humor.
  • Passion for the Process: An appreciation for the journey as much as the results.
  • Proactive: A fearless approach to prospecting and business development.
