Position Overview:
The primary purpose of the Account Manager position is to ensure that STN Digital provides world-class customer service, ensuring client satisfaction through every step of the relationship. The Account Manager has their hand in just about everything throughout the creative process, including social strategy, client presentations, upselling and more.
Position Type: Remote - Future Opportunity - Contract

Compensation Range: Starting at $24 per hour, with the possibility of adjustment depending on your experience and location.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead client communication - emails, calls, Slack messages, etc.
- Task management and prioritization of client requests to ensure projects are delivered on time and at the highest quality
- Create and review drafted work orders for creative requests from clients and manage the internal creative approval process
- Work with Project Management to create project timelines and points/budget estimates
- Ensure all STN deliverables ladder up to client objectives and expectations
- Maintain client-facing deliverables and internal docs including but not limited to call decks, points trackers, chart notes and ideation docs
- Audit and maintain all internal documentation relating to each client project
- Follow company procedures & processes and continuously offer solutions and improvements
- Support inbox management for weekends and holidays to guarantee white-glove client service
- Manage points and budget usage on active client SOWs to ensure proper pacing
- Support ideation and creative concepts for upcoming client milestones
- Stay on top of social and creative trends and ideate innovative client concepts that are in line with established strategy
- Bi-weekly check-ins and monthly audits with your manager
- Look for opportunities to expand existing partnerships and deepen relationships with clients through add-on services or contract renewals
Job requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, preferably at a creative agency or large brand.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work evenings and weekends, as needed

- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts
- Adept communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Skilled in the creative process and ability to provide creative direction and feedback
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Immaculate attention to detail and eagerness to offer best-in-class service
- Strong presentation skills
- Adept understanding of current social media features, trends, and best practices
- Experience with social media community management and brand engagement
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Sprout Social)
- Familiarity with graphic design and content creation tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud)
- Strong writing skills, including copywriting and editing
- Proficient in Google Suite and project management tools
- In-depth sports, entertainment and pop culture knowledge
