Wowza is seeking a motivated and passionate Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The Account Manager will be responsible for expanding a portfolio of existing key accounts while landing new logos across enterprise, mid-market, and SMB segments. The ideal Account Manager is self-starter with exceptional communication skills and experience leading SaaS solution sales to help drive Wowza’s growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as a strategic partner to understand the objectives and needs of customers to develop solutions to drive growth with Wowza’s products.
  • Drive revenue growth by proactively growing your portfolio of accounts through cross-sell & up-sell opportunities.
  • Prospecting to develop a healthy sales funnel of new business opportunities.
  • Lead all aspects of the sales process from lead generation through win/close.
  • Work collaboratively with the SDR and marketing teams to work leads into opportunities and ultimately revenue.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Develop an expert knowledge of Wowza’s products.
  • Exceed KPIs for daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals for calls, appointments, demonstrations, sales meetings, etc.
  • Continuously meet or exceed sales quotas to align with Wowza’s growth objectives.

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling highly technical B2B SaaS products.
  • Proven ability to meet/exceed quota managing a customer base of 75-100 accounts.
  • A passion for problem solving and constantly improving sales knowledge.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including managers, directors, executive and C-level.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including being a great listener, ability to grow rapport quickly, and lead/influence customers to make important decisions.
  • Positive self-starter with a passion for closing.
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM software (Salesforce, Salesloft, etc.)
  • Exposure to product-led growth GTM models highly preferred.

Benefits

Salary: $60,000-$80,000

Commissions eligible: $120,000-160,000 OTE

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of our salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on a range of factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of our total compensation package for employees.
