The ideal Account Manager will contribute directly to our team to uncover opportunities and create value for both our prospects and our existing customer base.

This individual understands complex details across operations and technological dynamics, business processes and economic value and can communicate this complexity professionally and with simplicity.

We are looking for a Account Manager that thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and demonstrates an ability to execute precisely and quickly.

What your day will look:

  • Manage complex deals with multiple stakeholders and budgets Meet and exceed target KPI’s, goals, and objectives
  • Grow and manage a pipeline for all product offering to new prospects
  • Understand your prospect’s business, their dynamics, challenges and requirements, and be able to clearly demonstrate our value in relevance
  • Achieve activity, and sales quotas, with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Identify and engage potential customers through outbound and inbound channels
  • Cultivate, build, and maintain relationships to maximize successful outcomes
  • Work in collaboration with the Head of Sales to develop strategies to achieve growth targets
  • Run the entire sales cycle from discovery stages, demos, negotiations and closing
  • Develop and foster effective and collaborative cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Operations

About you:

  • Experienced working in the SaaS industry carrying a quota for 2-5 years
  • Highly motivated, hunter-closer who enjoys who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
  • A proven track record of meeting sales targets and goals
  • Experience selling into multiple C-suite stakeholders
  • Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise companies Experience in selling Workforce Management Solution is an asset
  • Bilingual in English and French is essential
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
