About the role
As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for an Account Manager to join us. This role will be looking after our accounts, nurturing and expanding accounts with some of the world’s biggest brands.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage a portfolio of Key Accounts across France and the UK and be the main point of contact and the face of Student Beans for your clients.
- Consistently growing accounts year on year through consultative and strategic management of Accounts’ student programmes.
- Achieve revenue targets and deliver against all KPI’s on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Promote our company’s solutions and drive sustainable growth for both parties e.g. account expansion, renewals or strategic media campaign initiatives.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of your clients’ business and adopt a consultative sales approach.
- Analyse and report on performance data to make recommendations
- Prepare and deliver business reviews regarding progress and state of health for the respective assigned portfolio.
- Coordinate with internal product, design, media and operations teams.
Requirements
About you:
- Fluent verbal and written French language skills
- Strong track record of success within B2B Key or Strategic account management, ideally within the E-Commerce, SaaS, digital marketing or software.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions with demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements
- Strategic mindset with proven experience driving long-term business plans, growth & strong service levels.
- Excellent commercial awareness with strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and handle competing priorities.
- Proven ability to successfully influence at all levels within an organisation, particularly at the executive level.
