We are currently looking for a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Account Receivable Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the process of negotiating payment collections.

Responsibilities:

  • Telephone negotiations with clients to inform them about debt and reach payment agreements;
  • Checking invoices for the accuracy of information;
  • Send customer invoices, statements, and payment reminders;
  • Handling all billing disputes;
  • Collaborate with the sales team and accounting department to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues impacting payment collection. 

Requirements

  • Fluent knowledge of Uzbek and Russian, English language (upper B2 level);
  • Experience in sales or accounts receivable fields for more than 1 year.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. Attention to detail;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
