Accountant (f/m/d)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Are you ready to bring your accounting expertise to our Finance team? If you have a passion for numbers, accounting, and a structured approach to work this could be your role.
You will play a crucial part in managing specific areas of our daily accounting business, contributing to the overall financial health of our organization, while working with several stakeholders in the team.
WHAT MAKES YOU SPECIAL
- 3 years' accounting experience. You bring a solid foundation in managing financial transactions, processing incoming invoices, and preparing payment files. A degree in accounting is considered a plus.
- Legal knowledge. Your understanding of Austrian UGB and/or German HGB ensures compliance with local regulations, contributing to the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
- Number-affinity. Your affinity for numbers is a key asset as you handle financial data and contribute to the precision of our accounting processes.
- Structured approach. Your structured way of working ensures efficiency in handling specific accounting areas, allowing for a smooth transition and minimal training requirements.
- Reliability. Your commitment to meeting deadlines is crucial as you manage incoming invoices, prepare payment files, and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Software Know-How. You know your way around the office suite and accounting programs.
- Communication skills. You bring excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in German is considered a plus.
