Overview:
Reporting to our Accounting Manager, you will join our global accounting team.
You will:
- Prepare and reconcile monthly closing work papers (ie. bank recs, fixed assets, prepayments, accruals)
- Prepare and record monthly journal entries
- Perform monthly analysis on high risk vendors and accounts payable subledger
- Become a necessary part of shortening the monthly closing process time
- Prepare financial statements for domestic and foreign subsidiary entities
- Take on special projects and other daily bookkeeping
- Participate in the implementation and optimization of new systems and processes
You have:
- 1+ years previous accounting experience
- Big 4 or other public accounting experience
- Excel skills (formula design, pivot tables, charts)
- Experience with data collection, modeling, and what-if scenarios
- Enjoy collaborating with teams to achieve results through a cross-discipline approach
- Willingness to engage with sales executives and sales management
- Familiarity with SAP General Ledger system, Concur, or Hyperion/HFM/FCC
- Excellent attitudes towards work and work product
Benefits:
The salary range for this role will be between $70,000 to $80,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including your location, and your experience, education, and certifications. During the phone screening, the recruiter will provide the location-specific salary range for this role.
