Accounting Specialist

We're looking for an Accounting Specialist to contribute to the success of our Finance team. Prior experience should include accounts payable, accounts receivable, and closing of financial statements.
What You'll Do:
- Receive, review, and process vendor invoices.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Provide support in the preparation of financial statements
- Prepare and post journal entries
What You Need:
- Associates Degree in accounting and/or a minimum of two years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or service industry
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with organizational and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel and Word skills
