As we scale our efforts in 2023 and beyond, we’re looking for a Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our small Finance team and help us drive improvements in this area.

The job in a nutshell
As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be part of our small and growing Finance team, ensuring we collect cash as effectively as possible from our International customers.
You’ll oversee our Accounts Receivable balance, proactively engaging with customers & driving process improvements to ensure we are best in class in that area.
Given we are a small team, there are lots of opportunities to develop and expand your role as we grow (if you want to!).
You’ll spend time on the following
- Manage and control our multi-currency Accounts Receivable balance, maintaining professional and proactive communication with customers across the globe regarding their accounts
- Work cross-functionally with our Customer Success / Sales team to resolve payment issues efficiently
- Ensure Key customer data is up to date & setup correctly in the system
- Management of manual billing and issuance of credit notes
- Maintain our bad debt provisioning, calculate and provide schedule for posting
- Ensure customer payments are allocated correctly & in a timely manner
- Generate regular reports on accounts receivable status, collections, and aging
- Reconciling our AR / Revenue across multiple systems
- Drive Process improvements to improve cash recovery
- Support with our Finance tasks (we’re a scale up so things change quickly!)
- We will also need you to work remotely with at least 4 hours work hours overlap with AMER time zone

Bonus points if …
- You’re a Chartered Accountant or studying towards a relevant Accounting Qualification
- You’ve worked in a Startup / Scale up environment
- Have Xero & Chargebee experience
