The Acquisition Marketing Manager is responsible for developing customer acquisition campaigns through a variety of marketing channels with a focus on building awareness and thought leadership in the team sports community. The Acquisition Marketing Manager will apply modern marketing approaches to accelerate growth in new teams including but not limited to on-site targeting, SEO, partnerships, influencers, and paid marketing. This individual will develop content marketing and acquisition strategies using analytics to define market opportunities, develop goals and forecasts, and continuous improvement through test and learn design and channel optimization. The Acquisition Marketing Manager must be very strong working cross-functionally at all levels of the organization collaborating within the TeamSnap organization as well as outside vendor partnerships.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns with emphasis on direct response and digital acquisition channels
- Build and optimize campaigns on paid search engines, organic search, display and social media campaigns
- Create & analyze landing pages, ad copy, and other conversion-driving touch points
- Partner with Content Manager to execute audience-centric strategy delivering targeted messaging and education content across social media, website, and events
- Strong collaboration with marketing analytics to inform acquisition campaign strategy including segmentation and targeting, A/B testing and measurement plans
- Collaborate with analytics team to track and measure marketing campaigns
- Work closely with our B2C team members to explore and test new growth marketing channels and create high-converting landing pages
- Drive demand via SEO initiatives, partnering with external agencies
- Own the performance metrics of our website, leveraging data to run experiments across all website pages
- Brief and oversee the work of internal creative and external agencies
- Explore partnership opportunities with other companies and thought leaders in the industry to test and optimize media strategies to drive growth across all mediums including traditional, digital and organic; lead exploration of emerging media channels
- Meet financial objectives through annual budget preparation and ongoing forecasting and results analysis; oversee regular reporting of KPIs across marketing channels and campaigns
- Ensure that our brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels; partner with the content team to execute audience-centric strategy delivering targeted messaging and education content across social media, website, and events
- Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including response analysis and KPI evaluation

Compensation
We’re committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The minimum starting point for this role is $90,000, inclusive of base and bonus, with comp updated based on multiple factors. Our comp is highly competitive in our space and we adjust overall comp based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
🖥 Location
TeamSnap is a fully remote company, so you need to be very comfortable working with people who aren’t in the same time zone as you. We are always expanding, but there is a small list of states we do not hire in, including Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota and West Virginia and while we love all parts of the world, we can only hire permanent US residents at this time.
