The Information System Administrator, Human Resources, will play a crucial role in the continuous improvement of system-related processes, the integration of new modules, configuration, and training. As a key resource, they will be able to accurately identify clients' system needs and propose innovative solutions. As a recognized expert in HR systems, this individual will work closely in a flexible and fast-paced environment.

What is the ideal profile for this position?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, with at least 2 years of experience in SaaS HRIS software implementation projects;
  • Experience with UltiPro/UKG Pro from Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG);
  • CBAP/CCBA certification is considered an asset;
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SaaS HR systems, as well as in preparing analyses and recommending solutions;

As an Administrator, HRIS, what will your responsabilities be?

  • Collaborate with HR managers and other departments to identify HR management software needs and develop action plans;
  • Evaluate feasibility and recommend improvements to the HRIS, staying updated with technological advancements;
  • Integrate HRIS functionalities with the payroll team and maintain relationships with vendors;
  • Configure the environment and conduct compliance tests during the implementation of modules and management tools;
  • Analyze software performance, conduct HR audits, and resolve issues to ensure data compliance and accuracy ;
  • Ensure data security and integrity, as well as system updates ;
  • Recommend and implement improvements to existing tools and processes, emphasizing simplification and streamlining ;
  • Develop, prepare, and deliver training on system use, while providing support to users for common questions.
