Job Summary: As an AI Product Manager at Boardy, you will drive the development and execution of our product. Your role will directly influence how Boardy understands and resolves users' problems by connecting them with the right individuals in Boardy's network. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets user needs and aligns with Boardy's mission to enhance human connections.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the product roadmap for Boardy, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering to develop, launch, and iterate on AI features and functionalities.
  • Conduct market research and gather user feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and user satisfaction.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders, including the founding team and investors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and product management to inform product strategy and innovation.
  • Facilitate user feedback sessions and conduct usability testing to gather insights and refine the product.
  • Document product management processes, methodologies, and improvements to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably with AI or tech products.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about product development.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to analyze data and user feedback to make informed decisions and prioritize product improvements.
  • Passion for AI and its potential to transform human connections and problem-solving.
