Job Description

As an important member of the Client Services team, this individual will play a key role in supporting Visa’s revenue goals and commercializing Visa products and solutions by closely partnering with the regional acquirer, acquirer processor and merchant sales teams and key functional teams (Client Services, Product, Regional Sales Operations, Global Merchant Sales & Acquiring) across Visa.

Through supporting the needs of this strategic Visa client segment, the Global Acceptance Center of Excellence (GACOE) has a major impact on delivering strategic objectives by bringing acceptance subject matter expertise to solve key business challenges and identifying opportunities through collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

This role will work closely with cross-functional and regional management teams on strategic projects, bringing timely and useful insights and analytical support.

Create presentations for internal approvals and external client facing discussions. Support key client advisory forums and ongoing product roadmap socialization and feedback loops.

The ideal candidate will be able to independently translate high level guidance into detailed deliverables.

This position is located in our Atlanta office and relocation assistance will not offered.

Essential Functions

The employee is responsible for, but not limited to -

  • Creating and supporting processes for managing new client memberships and certification/ onboarding of Visa Ready partners
  • Organizing client advisory groups, in partnership with Product, Acceptance Solutions, Product Platforms, Sales and Sales Support teams
  • Supporting research on global Product and Solutions initiatives and actively coordinating client and multi-region Merchant Sales and Acquiring team feedback
  • Supporting the delivery of projects or major project workstreams related to Global MSA’s strategy or corporate initiatives, including creating an information repository of best practices on high priority topics
  • Structuring and solving business problems, collaborating, and coordinating with a range of internal stakeholders to support development of recommendations on a wide range of business challenges
  • Developing rigorous, fact based, quantitative analysis utilizing multiple data sources and ensuring financial soundness / strategic alignment of recommendations
  • Designing and delivering compelling presentations to illustrate findings, ideas, and recommendations within projects

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • Strong attention to details, ensuring the highest level of quality/ rigor in reports and work product
  • Knowledge of existing Visa products and services, preferably experience interacting with acquirers, processors and merchants
  • The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to progress multiple priorities concurrently
  • Superior analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor. An understanding of statistical analysis, modeling, etc. and proven ability to generate insights from data
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required. Comfortable working with data and reporting tools such as Dynamics, etc.
  • Very organized with great follow-up skills to ensure delivery of work product in a timely manner
  • Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 78,700.00 to 100,300.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
