As ServiceNow continues its unprecedented growth, the company seeks to further establish its data and advanced analytics foundation and capabilities. ServiceNow is seeking a proactive, passionate Product Manager, Sales Analytics to join the Data & Analytics team within the Digital Technology organization. This role will be critical in helping to build out analytics and reporting in support of go-to-market and operational initiatives for our Sales organization. The preferred candidate will have experience working with Sales, Marketing, and Customer data within a cloud SaaS business, managing new data analytics capabilities through the complete development lifecycle, has strong attention to detail, has a creative problem-solving mindset, and has strong communication skills. They will work cross-functionally across sales, operations, and finance, with the primary objective of enabling Sales leadership to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Serve as the lead Analytics Product Manager, supporting the Sales business and help further along our journey in AI / ML driven guided account selling
  • Ideate on and recommend analytics and reporting product features which will help define key predictive metrics and provide guidance to our frontline teams on deal progression, as well as help operational teams better forecast NNACV and its drivers
  • Analyze business requirements and translate into technical requirements for reporting/visualizations, data models, and databases
  • Partner with executive level stakeholders across Sales and Sales Operations to create a vision and roadmap for the future for of Sales Analytics
  • Design and implement industry standard best practices for scalable data management and processing architectures using BI tools
  • Develop functional subject matter expertise within various areas of the enterprise
  • Drive global operational analytics projects for the Go-to-Market Sales teams

Qualifications

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in Data and Analytics and preferably direct experience in sales operations/ strategy/ analytics.
  • 5+ years in product management specifically in analytics realm
  • Experience working with PowerBI, Tableau and Snowflake to design and build industry leading dashboards
  • Experience working directly with sales as a proactive thought partner in developing metrics, reporting views and influencing GTM momentum.
  • Technical skills in understanding and speaking to system and data architecture, experience with process mining is a plus!
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and come up with creative solutions
  • Experience mentoring junior business analysts is a plus
  • Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive “can do” attitude and highly analytical; enjoys challenges

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $152,000 - $266,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
