Art Lead
Requirements:
— 3+ years of experience in 2D artwork for the gaming industry;
— 1+ year of experience on positions like: Lead 2D Artist, Art Lead, Art Manager or other relevant;
— Adobe Photoshop mastery;
— Art-portfolio of relized projects is a must;
— Work quickly and well organised;
— Ability to convey an opinion and argue it.
Responsibilities:
— Project management: distribution and issuance of tasks for several artists. Management compose about 80% of the working time and 20% is refine of art by other artists (if necessary);
— To maintain a part of the art-project. Observance of the visual style, quality control of the finalisation, making edits and providing feedbacks to artists;
— Participation in the project discussions and decision-making on their growth;
— Cooperation with other specialists during the development process.
Would be a plus:
— Art education or academic drawing, good sense of color, developed artistic taste;
— Experience with online casino/gaming;
— Knowledge of Spine and Ae.
