Assistant Art Director
Linkwell Health, the premier consumer experience company serving health plans and health services organizations, seeks an Assistant Art Director to join its growing product team. Join us in creating content marketing solutions designed to engage users and help them make healthier choices. We’re seeking a talented Assistant Art Director who has a track record of winning over clients with imaginative solutions.
Responsibilities Include:
- Partner with the Creative Director and Art Director to develop a diverse range of projects, including social media campaigns, digital and print newsletters, emails, blogs, videos and more.
- Work on various projects for multiple clients
- Interpret and execute client brand standards across material created.
- Occasional stock photo and video research, image resizing, and simple retouching work.
- As we are a growing company, working with evolving technology, and a variety of clients, design responsibilities may change or evolve.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
- A strong design sensibility with a design portfolio that demonstrates print and digital projects.
- Experience designing social media campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, digital media, fine arts, or related field
- 2+ years professional experience as designer
- Excellent communication skills
- Nice to have/plus - experience working in an agency setting and experience with Canva (for simple video design) and ClickUp (for project management) would be helpful as Linkwell uses both.
