The role

You will be responsible for designing, steering, and continuously improving Love, Bonito’s global influencer program. With a robust influencer marketing strategy, you will collaborate with Love, Bonito’s key markets (SG, HK, US, PH, ID, MY) to build and strengthen Love, Bonito’s influencer/ambassador community.

You will work closely with HQ marketing functions to initiate influencer campaigns to support and amplify overall campaigns strategy. This role will be integral in ensuring the success of Influencer marketing operations, working alongside HQ cross-functional teams to develop operational efficiency and scalability.

Reporting directly to the Brand Marketing Manager at HQ, you will analyse, report, and optimise influencer channel performance to ensure overall business goals are attained.

Main Responsibilities

Strategy Development

  • Design and steer Love, Bonito’s global influencer program and strategy.
  • Identify, manage, and build long-term relationships with key global influencers.
  • Plan and execute global influencer marketing levers such as seeding kits and influencer event toolkits.
  • Ensure alignment of country influencer strategies, activations, and profiles to global direction and brand alignment.
  • Monitor influencer performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization and improvement. 
  • Manage global influencer marketing budget efficiently.
  • Stay abreast of influencer marketing trends.

Managing Workflows

  • Collaborate with country marketing teams and HQ cross-functional teams to build and optimise operational workflows.
  • Identify/develop the right tools and processes to support the influencer program.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and develop a lean and mean global influencer marketing team.
  • Partner closely with HQ marketing functions to amplify key campaigns through influencers.
  • Ensure full visibility and clarity group-wide on global and local influencer initiatives by effectively coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

Critical success factors & key challenges

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in influencer marketing strategy development and execution, preferably in a fast-paced environment or global context and preferably with managerial experience.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A performance-driven attitude with a hunger and thirst for results.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • A high degree of professionalism, work ethic, judgement and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with trends and best practices in digital marketing and content creation.
  • A Love, Bonito ambassador who believes in and embodies our culture and core values.
  • Relevant degree in business, marketing communications or other relevant fields.
