The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Coordinator with mid-level experience to join our team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for assisting the Project Coordination Team coordinating and overseeing the successful completion of projects related to cybersecurity solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Coordination Team in daily tasks and managing calendars.
  • Schedule and record client and internal meetings.
  • Keeping up with client status reports up to date.
  • engaging with clients for scheduling and updates.
  • Monitor the Project Coordinator’s communications for items that may need follow-up.
  • Creating SOWs, RFPs, and other relevant documentation for the Project Coordination Team.
  • Inputting and maintaining project data into Salesforce.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Professional Service Delivery, Project Management, and Operations coordination.
  • Preferred experience with Managed Services Provider (MSP) (not required).
  • Strong focus on providing Excellent Customer Service.
  • Proficient Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in Critical Thinking.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work during various hours.
  • Effective Multitasking capabilities.
  • Meticulous Attention to Details.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
  • Familiarity with Documentation practices.

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, DirectDefense provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $40,000 - $50,000 per year.
