What your impact will look like:

  • Learn Granicus Applications and Impact on Government and Citizen Interaction
  • Own “Tier 3” Escalated Issues and Problems Reported by Customers
  • Independent & Collaborative Troubleshooting of Application, Service, and System Issues
  • Documentation of Issue Details, User Stories, and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Establish and Maintain SLI, SLO, and SLA targets for applications and services.
  • Use software development and scripting to automate solutions that prevent problems.
  • Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets and following the company's information security program.

  • You are an active learner who understands the importance of data, innovation, and are excited to take on challenging projects.
  • You have a CS degree, degree in related field, or 2+ years of experience in SaaS Environments.
  • You have 2+ year of experience using AWS/Azure or certification.
  • You have 2+ year of experience supporting Windows or Linux Servers
  • You have hands-on experience using one of these languages: PowerShell, Python, PHP
  • You understand relational databases and can write queries for MySQL and MSSQL.
  • You have experience using monitoring tools such as Sentry.io, Exceptionless, or New Relic.
  • You have experience working in ticketing systems such as JIRA and are familiar with Agile SDLC.
  • You have familiarity with: CI/CD, UAT, RUM, PACE, SLA/SLI/SLO, SAML.
