Associate, Financial Planning and Analysis
How will this role have an impact?
The Associate FP&A position is accountable for working with a diverse group of stakeholders across the organization to ensure financial success of projects and initiatives for the Value-based Care (VCS) segment. This individual will have an extensive role in completing Signify’s annual budget and quarterly financial forecasts for the segment by managing the segment’s revenue and/or expenses, working closely with various departments within the company on unit costs, ROI analytics, and business performance KPIs.
This role will report to our Senior Manager – FP&A

What will you do?
- Support our annual budget / quarterly forecast process
- Analyze spending variances and identify operational drivers of the variances to ensure appropriate strategies are in place to deliver on company and departmental goals
- Drive and present month-end segment reporting to management
- Support Accounting teams during month end close (i.e. accruals, re-classes)
- Track headcount and resources to support business needs
- Develop forecast models and financial analysis for strategic initiatives inclusive of business cases and process improvement opportunities
- Perform unit cost analysis to understand business levers across our different products and departments
- Work on special projects as assigned, which can include, but are not limited to, new client implementations, product offerings, and company initiatives
We are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field such as Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Accounting, Business
- 2-5 years of financial analysis, banking, consulting, and/or strategy experience
- Strong background in accounting, financial analysis, corporate finance and healthcare industry preferred
- Experience in the development of complicated financing models including pro formas, variance analyses, budgets and long-term forecasting / projections
- Prior experience working with and developing outputs for diverse stakeholders with; experience working directly with Senior Management and/or Boards preferred
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel); experience with Netsuite, Adaptive Insights and SQL or other database / data analysis tools a plus
- CFA / MBA a plus
