Acquia is seeking an Associate Product Manager with the experience and aim to ensure Acquia’s award-winning products meet the needs of customers who are passionate about Security & Compliance. You experience working in an enterprise organization and you have been exposed to Security & Compliance. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Function as product manager for Drupal Cloud Platform Security & Compliance capabilities
  • Help drive the Security & Compliance roadmap for the Drupal Cloud business unit, with consideration for prioritization, trade-offs and constraints
  • Write clear requirements based on Security & Compliance frameworks and policies that are easily understood by key stakeholders including Product Owners and Engineering teams
  • Work with other Product Managers, Product Owners, and Engineering teams to estimate work effort, create plans and define milestones
  • Track progress against timelines and priorities and identify risks of Drupal Cloud Platform Security & Compliance initiatives and programs
  • Work hand-in-glove with Engineering teams as they implement Security & Compliance controls, including removing roadblocks with creative solutions
  • Proactively communicate product updates to stakeholders to share progress/updates
  • Distill insights and takeaways back into the product development process
  • Assist with the assessment of current and emerging technologies and market/industry trends in order to inform Security & Compliance strategy

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 0 to 1 year’s experience in the capacity of a Product Manager or similar role in the domain of Security & Compliance in a Cloud hosting / SaaS environment
  • Hands-on experience successfully driving Security & Compliance initiatives such as identity and access management, authentication, authorization, vulnerability management, endpoint/device security and network security
  • Exposure to Compliance frameworks such ISO 27001, SOC2, HIPAA, PCI and FedRAMP
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and spoken
  • Shown skills in stakeholder management and internal evangelism
  • Proactive, independent problem solver with high energy/positive demeanor
  • Ability to create strong cross-functional working relationships with Engineering, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Account Management and Sales
  • Strong ability to work well on a personal level with executives and individual team members
  • Experience with Agile methodology, backlog planning and product management process highly desirable 
  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence a plus
