This role can be filled in our San Francisco headquarters OR remotely in the U.S.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Support a cross-functional team of data analysts and data engineers in the development of existing and new internal product initiatives
  • Lead an Agile/Scrum process to establish the product roadmap with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of enhancements is achieved in a non-disruptive manner
  • Gather and generate requirements for product evolution based on internal sourcing and feedback
  • Write effective user stories that capture feature requirements and expected outcomes
  • Build consensus on strategy and technical direction

What we’re looking for:

  1. Foundational Understanding of Data 
  2. Highly analytical, using data to make decisions while being comfortable defining data sets or gathering them yourself.
  3. Comfort working with BI tools and creating basic SQL queries to interact with and inspect data.
  4. Experience with relational data models; Familiarity with Star Schemas and Dimensional Modeling a plus.
  5. Experience defining and monitoring metrics to measure the ongoing use and value of products.
  6. Product Expertise
  7. 2+ years of relevant experience with product development.
  8. Track record of distilling requirements of large initiatives into smaller actionable items.
  9. Results oriented. You can cut to the core of a problem, identify what needs to be done and work with the required teams to get solutions shipped.
  10. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and maintain relationships with a diverse group of internal and external partners.
  11. Curiosity with an extreme attention to detail that drives self-audit of your work, with the ability to understand complex systems and simplify topics.
  12. Looking for a startup environment that smartly and quickly delivers new features to market

Compensation

The US total compensation range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $150,000 (inclusive of salary + equity). Our ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training. Please note that the compensation listed does not include benefits.
