As we continue to expand our offerings and enhance our platform, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Associate Product Manager to join our team.

Location:

We are headquartered in New York City, with staff also located in New Jersey, Colorado, and Washington. While we welcome candidates from all these locations, we will give preference to those based in Colorado and Washington, as the majority of our Product team is located in these states.

If you're located in New York or New Jersey, we expect a hybrid work arrangement, with 2 days a week in our New York City office. If you're located in Colorado or Washington, you can work remotely, but we encourage occasional visits to our shared office spaces to foster collaboration and stay connected with local team members.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager who will play a crucial role in supporting the development and improvement of Fraud.net's product portfolio. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to contribute to the strategic direction of our fraud prevention solutions. A focus will be on taking an ownership over the Fraud.net AppStore, including maintaining and management of vendors and their apps as well as public facing documentation for releases and user guides.

Responsibilities:

Manage and Maintain Vendors and Apps in the AppStore:

  • Oversee the relationships with vendors.
  • Ensure that all apps meet the company's standards and requirements for inclusion in the AppStore.

Triage New App Requests or Requirements:

  • Evaluate new app submissions or updates, determining their potential value and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Manage the integration process for approved apps, coordinating between vendors and technical teams.

Create and Manage User Documentation for New Features and Organization by Product:

  • Develop comprehensive user manuals and online help documentation for new features.
  • Organize documentation by product to simplify user access and improve comprehension.

Create and Manage Demo Data Based on Scenarios Created by Persona Workflows:

  • Develop and update demo data that reflects typical user scenarios, assisting in more realistic and effective demonstrations.

Create and Manage Portal Layouts Per ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and Global Sector:

  • Customize portal interfaces and functionalities to meet the needs of different customer segments and global markets.

Create and Manage External Facing Release Notes:

  • Prepare and update release notes that communicate changes and updates to users, ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness.

Gather Customer Feedback on Friction Points and Impact of New Features Once Released:

  • Conduct surveys, interviews, and review feedback mechanisms to collect data on user satisfaction and areas for improvement.

Competitive Analysis of Product Offerings in Our Space:

  • Regularly perform competitive analysis to benchmark against competitors, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation.

Collaborate with Product Marketing on Features and Roadmap:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all promotional materials accurately reflect the features and benefits of the products.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on product goals and timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with fraud prevention and detection solutions is a plus.
