Who you are

We are seeking a forward-thinking Analytical Data Associate Product Manager with a strong foundation in database querying, data analysis and presentation of results. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of database management, particularly with SQL, and experience in internet advertising technology. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an environment of innovation and collaboration, and who is keen to uncover novel insights from complex datasets.

Your daily impact as an Associate Product Manager 

  • Employ SQL to query and analyze large datasets in cloud databases to enhance data-driven decision-making across InMarkets Product Management team..
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to detect and explain anomalies, while also helping engineering build appropriate monitoring to improve the performance of business products.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, engineers, and product marketers to solve complex business problems and explore innovative solutions.
  • Utilize Looker, Python, and AI technologies to automate data analysis, build scalable insights, and design impactful visualizations.
  • Participate in the testing and performance analysis of new products to optimize core technologies.
  • Manage end-to-end data projects, from data ingestion to presentation.

Experience and Expertise

  • Minimum of 1 year full-time experience in a Big Data analytics-focused role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Looker, Python, Excel.
  • Experience with internet advertising technology (e.g programmatic media buying or selling, media measurement, media insights) is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data and AI insights in a clear and effective manner.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Passion for exploring new technologies, including Large Language Model AI tools is a plus. 
  • Certified sense of humor is a plus.

For candidates in California, Colorado, and New York City, the Targeted Base Salary Range for this role is $80,000 - $115,000.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to work experience, specialized skills and training, performance in role, business needs, and job requirements. Base salary is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
