Position Overview

We are seeking an extraordinary individual for an Associate Product Manager position who is passionate about making a tangible impact and contributing to an industry-defining journey.

As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a critical role in the success of our product by supporting the product team in bringing new features and improvements to market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in product management while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced SaaS environment. You will work closely with product leadership, developers, designers, and Customer Success to execute and help define our product strategy and deliver an exceptional user experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role, preferably at a SaaS Company in the WealthTech/FinTech industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Product Owner certification is a plus.
  • A passion for technology and delivering high-quality user experiences.
  • Basic knowledge of software development principles is a plus.

Key Responsilbilities

  • Collaborate with product leadership and cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and customer success) to prioritize and deliver features that enhance user experience.
  • Contribute to product documentation and assist with educational materials, guiding clients and internal teams on new features or updates.
  • Support the product lifecycle, from concept through launch, ensuring products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Assist in roadmap planning, feature definition, and creating detailed product requirements documents (PRDs), and user stories for new features.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that features meet the needs of end-users.
  • Monitor product performance and key metrics, ensuring product releases are aligned with company goals and client satisfaction.
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders about product goals, timelines, and development progress.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback from clients (families and advisors) to deeply understand their pain points and needs, helping to shape product requirements.
