Role Description

As an Growth Associate Product Manager, you’ll be joining Givebutter’s newly formed Growth team that will be comprised of you, a Full stack Engineer, and the Director of Product. You’ll have the opportunity to be part of a lean and agile team that is tasked with designing and executing product growth experiments that move the needle and have a direct impact on Givebutter’s OKRs. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, the Growth team, and Product design to organize and execute on the growth roadmap. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to wear many hats and make a significant contribution to Givebutter. This role will report to the Director of Product.

Responsibilities

  • Work with our Director of Product to organize and execute on the Growth roadmap
  • Develop feature PRDs and research feature requirements ahead of design and development
  • Organize and lead the sprints with Growth team
  • Define success metrics for Growth experiments and report back to stakeholders regularly on results

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Management
  • 1+ years of experience in SQL
  • Experience using product analytics software, like PostHog, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
  • Experience using ticket management tools (Jira, Linear, etc…) and Figma

$110,000 - $130,000 a year
