Working at Adaptavist

The Adaptavist Group is a global family of companies with a common goal. We combine the best of teamwork, technology, and processes, helping all kinds of businesses be better today and tomorrow.

We are experts at delivering enterprise software, tailored solutions, and quality services across some of the world’s most trusted technology ecosystems, including Atlassian, AWS, Slack, GitLab, Monday.com and Aha!

We make change happen. From anywhere.

Our flexible, remote-first way of working means that work can fit around your life, rather than your life fitting around work.

About veniture

veniture recently became part of The Adaptavist Group, so although the focus of your work will be across the DACH region, you will be part of a wider global network that will be on hand to support you in your role.

veniture is an IT consulting and agile software development company that implements solutions to make use of Atlassian products. We work with flat hierarchies and self-organised teams.

What makes us strong as a team? Open and direct communication at eye level - trust, personal responsibility, and co-determination in an agile working environment. Team spirit is especially important to us; we treat each other with respect and appreciation.

Maximum freedom: With remote work and flexible working hours, we ensure a good work-life balance for our employees.

Modern work tools are our basis for smooth cooperation. This includes deciding for yourself which hardware (Mac, Windows, or iPhone) you want to work with.

We welcome everyone who wants to go above and beyond and will support you in your further training measures. Our Team Leads see themselves as enablers and mentors.

Some of our benefits include;

Whether it's yoga, boxing, or your workout in the gym: practice your favourite sport with your discounted membership in the Urban Sports Club

Legendary after-work events: We regularly round off our working day together, for example, at the Grill & Chill on our office terrace.

Corporate benefits: benefit from job tickets, capital-forming benefits, and much more

A work environment that cultivates the feeling of belonging and recognises individual contribution
