B2B Marketing Manager

Role Objective:
The B2B Marketing Manager at Airtm is the visionary behind creating a clear go-to-market strategy that supports our sales efforts by drafting the brand expression, value definition, content marketing, leveraging press, and participating in events to help our Sales team close and acquire more partners. This role is pivotal in defining Airtm's market position, ensuring our message resonates across marketplaces of the online economy. The leader will articulate Airtm’s value proposition, weaving together brand narratives and storytelling that highlight Airtm’s role in financial empowerment and digital economy inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and articulate a compelling brand narrative that aligns with Airtm's mission and resonates across target audiences.
-Create and execute earned media strategies, leveraging media relationships to secure key editorial coverage and organize media interviews in industry-relevant mediums in the Online Economy.
- Identify topics, trends, events and news agenda items to proactively pitch and secure media coverage in mediums that are relevant to decision-makers of marketplaces in the online economy.
-Oversee social media strategy, influencer partnerships, content marketing, and PR efforts, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
-Create and lead product launch campaigns to increase usage of Airtm’s mass payments product.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Leadership, Marketing, Business Development, Product, People, and Legal, to ensure a unified brand and communication strategy.
Experience and Skills:
-A minimum of 5+ years of experience in brand management, content marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record in elevating brand narratives and securing high-level media coverage in B2B companies or SaaS Companies.
-Demonstrated strategic and creative thinking abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong leadership skills with experience in managing high-performing teams and working effectively across functions.
-A deep understanding of the digital economy and users that participate in it and familiarity with the crypto industry is highly preferred.
