CHOOOSE delivers a software platform that enables individuals and organizations to understand their carbon footprint and support trusted climate solutions. Leading companies in global travel and logistics (including dozens of airlines) run their voluntary and compliance-driven carbon programs on the CHOOOSE platform. CHOOOSE is increasingly focused on decarbonizing aviation by scaling the usage of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF).
We are looking for a person who is open to new technologies, is not afraid to experiment and wants to constantly learn. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and able to take charge and make decisions. Fluency in English is required.
What you'll do
- Develop digital products in a small, growing, tech team in tight collaboration with our excellent entrepreneurial business and marketing minds
- Contribute to evolving the CHOOOSE architecture to ensure reliability, scalability, and security without unnecessary complexity
- Contribute to planning, design, and implementation of CHOOOSE software
- Write robust, well-tested and documented high-quality code.
- Actively develop colleagues in the team by participating in code reviews, discussions, whiteboard sessions, and tech talks
- Contribute to a good DevOps culture in the team
- Contribute to a good remote culture in the team
What you'll bring to the table
- 5+ years of hands-on experience
- Azure (Azure functions)
- Maintaining and scaling complex services
- Integrations
- C#/.net
- Python
- DevOps / InfraOps
- Experience with enterprise-grade deliverables
- Experience with security and/or e-commerce & transactions is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English

Compensation will be based on experience and skill, commensurate with market rates, and will include both salary and equity in CHOOOSE.
