Job Description

What you will do daily:

You will take part of the daily operation of our Tableau team:

  • Supporting Tableau Server deployments for our enterprise customers;
  • Content administration on Tableau Server such as permission management, user administration;
  • Aiding business users using various Tableau products, including Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep;
  • Raise and follow-up support cases on behalf of end-users for Tableau Support;
  • Maintaining existing reports based on business specifications;
  • Monitor server health and performance;
  • Platform support including product installation and patching;
  • Change and incident management;
  • Keeping contact with the business owners for Tableau-based projects, coordinating with technical support teams and business representatives.

Qualifications

We want to hear from you, if…

  • You have minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in IT Service Desk/Change Management/Customer Support/Order Fulfillment areas;
  • You have solid Windows and Linux knowledge;
  • You have great affinity for technology and you are eager to learn to learn new skills and tech stack;
  • You are customer and process focused: you are able and willing to provide excellent customer service;
  • You have fluent written and verbal English skills;
  • You are a team player and you have a responsible personality.

It is advantageous if you have:

  • Knowledge of Tableau/Oracle DBMS/PostgreSQL DBMS/Microsoft SQL Server/Business Objects
  • Knowledge of Cloud DBMS technologies (Azure/Amazon Aurora/Redshift/Snowflake);
  • Experience with ITIL tools and ticketing in general;
  • Experience with project delivery in an agile environment;
  • Coding experience in Python, Perl, C or other languages.

Start Date: The sooner the better, but if you currently work somewhere and have a notice period, it is still fine, we will wait for the right person! 

Compensation range: The range for this role is approximately gross 550-750,000 HUF/month. The final amount in your offer will depend on your expertise and professional experience.

Selection process

1. Google Meet discussion with one of our recruiters - We will talk about your motivation and experience and we will switch to English for a few questions.

2. Professional video interview. At this meeting, we will discuss your background and motivation, and the further details of the position. Here you will meet with the Team Leader and the Architect colleague thus you can receive first-hand information and start to get to know each other.
